The Clark County Public Library is located at
370 South Burns Avenue in Winchester, Kentucky, approximately 17 miles east
of Lexington, Kentucky in the heart of the Bluegrass Region.
Our motto? Biblio ergo ZOOM! is a play on
the Latin phrase "Cogito ergo sum", or "I think; therefore, I am." Roughly
translated, "Biblio ergo ZOOM!" means "I use my library; therefore, I zoom!"
